Cancellation Policy
Our purpose at Tidewater is to help as many people as we can. We want you to stay on your program/treatment plan so that you will get better. If you’re not here for your appointment we can’t help you, and without 24 hours notice, we don’t have time to fill your spot and help someone else.
Therefore…
We enforce a “ 24hr cancellation policy “
If you do not provide 24 hours notice of cancellation or do not show for your scheduled appointment we will charge a fee of $25.00
